Clapperboards

Clapperboards

The clapperboard is a tool used during the filming of a movie, to ensure synchronization of sound and image, recorded on separate stands. The clapboard is shown briefly on camera at the beginning of each take, both to identify the plans and to produce a sharp sound to ensure this synchronization. Become the symbol of a film theater, the clap can also be a decorative element.
